After less than a year as a MCSP, we
are particularly proud of our meteoric ascension to the highest ranks of
Microsoft's partnership program. Since Web Mentors specializes in
eBusiness Solutions for
the Small to
Medium business, we were recognized very quickly for our
success in this market segment. Thank-you to all who
recognized our work.We are particularly grateful to the clients
who participated in the customer satisfaction survey earlier this year. While
one never likes to take time out of the day to do administrative tasks, over 90%
of clients invited actually participated. Since the average response rate is
less than 30%, this was almost as remarkable as the above average satisfaction
marks we received. Clearly, this indicates a distinct satisfaction level
by our clients with their
eBusiness solutions. This fact was not lost on Microsoft who wasted no time
in awarding us with
Gold Certified Partnership.
